Carpe Diem is a leading Prague beauty salon with more than 16 years of history and one of our long-term clients. It provides a wide range of services from hairdressing to cosmetic, including body and nail care. This project presented not only a unique opportunity for us, but also a challenge to modernize and unify the image of an established brand and strengthen its visibility both online and offline.
Carpe Diem Salon originally operated under the name Carpe Diem La Belle and over a decade has established itself among Prague beauty salons. However, the client felt that it was time to adapt the brand to modern trends and strengthen its visibility in the online space. So our goal was to carry out a rebranding, design a new logo and create a website that is uncluttered and professional, but at the same time retains the personal approach and charm on which the salon builds its long-standing reputation.
We started with a rebranding, which included changing the name to “Carpe Diem Hair & Beauty” and designing a brand new logo. To do this, we created a detailed logo manual so that visual identity remains consistent across all channels. After changing the logo, we focused on creating a new website. The website is designed with an emphasis on simplicity, while providing detailed information on all services offered — from hairdressing to cosmetic, including body and nail care. We have supplemented the site with professional photos of the salon as well as the staff team, which add a personal and authentic impression.
In off-line communication, we designed a number of company materials, such as new price lists, business cards, gift vouchers and special design of gift bags for beauty products sold in the salon. The visual concept thus harmoniously connects all the communication of the salon.
The transformation of the Carpe Diem brand meant not only the modernization of the visual style, but also the creation of a unified and consistent presentation at all levels. The new website is intuitive, clear and contributes significantly to better customer awareness. Professional photography and regular news updates ensure that clients always find what they need. Based on these changes, it was possible to strengthen the overall impression of the service offer and consolidate the loyalty of existing clients and reach new customers.
