Harmonia Vini, a specialist in the distribution of wines to gastronomic operations, faced the challenge of how to effectively inform its clients about the novelties in the range. The company, which builds business relationships primarily on personal contact, has been looking for ways to ensure that its business partners receive up-to-date and understandable information about new products. It was up to us to solve this problem.

As a major supplier of wines to restaurants and hotels, Harmonia Vini regularly expands its range. It needed to find a way to effectively and consistently communicate this news to B2B customers so that they could easily incorporate new products into their offerings. The aim was to quickly and clearly deliver information about new wines to business partners, complemented by expert recommendations and a personal approach that would strengthen confidence in Harmonia Vini.
For B2B communication, we chose three key channels: printed newsletter, regular newsletters and blog. The main communication platform has become a 12-page bulletin, where we introduce clients to new wineries and wines in short articles. This newsletter also contains expert wine articles, personal recommendations from the owner, employee opinions and customer experiences. There is also an overview of wholesale prices, which provides managers of gastronomic enterprises with a complete overview of the offer, including the price structure.
Part of the strategy is regular newsletters that highlight key topics from the newsletter and current offerings. An additional channel is a blog aimed at business partners and the general public. Here they will find articles about the wineries represented by Harmonia Vini, together with other information about the world of wine.
The B2B communication strategy provides Harmonia Vini with an effective tool for regularly informing business partners about news. The newsletter, newsletters and blog deliver a clear presentation of the products, thanks to which partners have all the information they need to make decisions. At the same time, this approach has strengthened relationships with clients who value quality information and expert advice, thereby increasing interaction with key customers and contributing to their loyalty.
